This past summer was one of the hottest on record. Our parking lot was shimmering with the heat that radiated from it as we parked the cars as folks arrived for service. Still, the men in the Parking Lot Ministry were there to help guide you and your car, and to manage the traffic. As we sat in our cars, the workers stopped traffic to allow worshippers to cross over to the Sanctuary. Did you say to yourself, “I am sure glad I am not out there doing that!” as you were driving in?
